“We are pleased to welcome Francesca as a member,” said PBO Advisory Group Managing Director Mike Ford. “She is an exceptional leader and we look forward to the fresh perspectives and valuable insights she will bring to our clients and staff.”

San Diego also serves as a consulting CFO and Vice President of Finance of the firm.

This year, under San Diego’s leadership, PBO Advisory Group had its most profitable months since inception. As a minority member, she will continue to help clients across a variety of industries manage their accounting and financial, regulatory and compliance, human resources and business advisory projects.

“I am thrilled to become a member of PBO Advisory Group,” said San Diego. “I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with a great team of consultants who serve our clients and the broader community, and I look forward to implementing PBO’s strategic initiatives in the coming years.”
