Cindy applies her 15+ years of generalist HR experience to help small to large firms, non-profits and governmental agencies to address their HR needs. During her career, she has mastered all aspects of human resources and is excited to apply her real-world experience in addressing our clients’ needs.
Nicole Devine, Consulting Director
Nicole is a results-oriented HR leader who enjoys working closely with leadership teams, allowing her to progressively align HR within an organization. As the founder of a start-up and having worked in multiple industries, Nicole has the acumen to understand all aspects of business and the pivotal role the HR team plays with an organization.
