She became CEO in early 2024, introducing efficiencies that improved employee engagement and elevated client service. Under her leadership, PBO Advisory’s core services’ year-to-date profitability increased by 110%. Fran’s strategic approach and problem-solving skills have earned her respect from clients and colleagues alike.
Fran’s expertise in financial oversight, strategic planning, and business development has been shaped by leadership roles in organizations ranging from global entertainment companies to technology startups. These experiences enable her to guide both PBO Advisory and clients in a variety of industries toward achieving success.
In addition to her professional work, Fran supports several organizations focused on improving lives. She has served on the boards of the Equity Foundation – You Got The Power, the Women’s Global Network, and Casa de Amparo, where she also chaired the Audit Committee. Her involvement in microcredit and microfinance initiatives further reflects her dedication to community impact.
