Luke Thibodo is one of the talented Senior Staff Accountants on the Pro Back Office team in San Diego. His enthusiasm for solving challenging problems for our clients is part of what makes Luke such a valued member of our staff. He is passionate about providing the best client experience he can through the quality of work he produces.

Job Responsibilities As Senior Staff Accountant

Luke works closely with our clients for provide oversight of financial activities, both related to accounts receivable and accounts payable. He plays an active role in processing payroll, month end reconciling procedures, and producing financials. Additionally, Luke has experience in assisting clients with various forms of audits, including year- end, HR, compliance , and operational auditing.

What Led Luke To Pro Back Office?

Luke originally met Mike Ford, Co-Founder of Pro Back Office, as an intern for Premier Alliance. He was invited over to the team by Mike and has been working for the company for over three years. He was attracted to the position because of the flexibility of work schedules. He continues to thrive within the company, creating fantastic relationships with his clients and coworkers.

Any Interesting Stories About Your Background?

Luke was raised in the beautiful valley of Santee, California, which is a suburb of San Diego. He attended college at University of California, Santa Barbara and majored in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting. Some of his favorite memories throughout college involved fishing with his seven roommates off the cliff of his seaside apartment. He continues to enjoy sporting events and currently plays on a champion indoor soccer team. He is a fan of leather-bound books and enjoys the smell of rich mahogany that fills his home.
